Our Milling Center is pleased to provide 3M LAVA™and Crystal™ Crown and Bridge zirconia copings, and now offer IPS e.max CAD milled lithium disilicate crowns for dental laboratories to finish. As always, we strive to be THE one-stop, CAD/CAM solution providing our customers with precision fit, proven strength and natural aesthetics.
Digital Impressioning
Apex Dental Milling is currently handling cases from Cadent Itero and 3M COS chairside digital impressioning systems. We are able to mark margins for laboratories, or accept scan files from labs that are currently marking their own margins. IPS e.max CAD
IPS e.max CAD crowns milled from Ivoclar Vivodent's lithium disilicate glass-ceramic "Blue Blocks" are now available from Apex Dental Milling! Full-contour crowns are designed from scans of your modelwork, fit to the die, and returned to laboratory for crystallization, staining/glazing or layering.
Lava™
Lava™ Crowns and Bridges from 3M ESPE has been established as a leading brand in CAD/CAM-produced zirconia restorations. As the first Authorized Lava™ Milling Center (ALMC) in Michigan, Apex Dental Milling is pleased to provide Lava™ copings and frameworks from our scans of your modelwork or from your own Lava™Scan scans and designs.
Crystal™
IdentCERAM-certified, FDA-registered Crystal™ zirconia comes with a lifetime warranty. Crystal™ is available in High Strength (1250 MPa) or High Translucency (950 MPa) formulations. Coping and frameworks are milled from our scans of your model work or from your scans and designs with any Open Architecture scanner such as those available from Dental Wings, 3 Shape, Cynovad, Delcam, Cadent Itero, and LaserDenta.
FullZ™
Full-contour, zirconia crowns are now available! A very cost-effective alternative for full cast gold in the posterior region. Can be fabricated from your waxup or designed by our technicians!
